Curriculum and Requirements

Depending on whether the thesis supervisor is affiliated to the University of Vienna or the TU Wien, doctoral students of DK-PI will have to be formally enrolled in the respective doctoral studies programs.

University of Vienna

Co-Registration

Students who make use of another University’s teaching while remaining fully enrolled at only one university are called co-registered students (Mitbeleger). Some degree programmes at the University of Vienna and at TU Wien are ‘inter-universitary courses’. Students of these degree programmes also have to register as co-registered students at the beginning of every semester:
